- Price / service fees
- A monthly subscription based on your contract plan, plus usage-based metered charges. Details are shown on the pricing page, the quote, or the application screen.
- Additional fees
- Consumption tax, communication fees, the customer's own system-integration costs, and other fees set out in the contract may apply separately.
- Payment method
- Credit card payment (Stripe)
- Payment timing
- At the time specified in the contract terms or the billing screen (typically monthly in arrears, by credit card via Stripe).
- Service delivery timing
- After application, payment, and initial setup are complete, we provide the service by the method we specify. The completion timing depends on the contract terms and setup status.
- Cancellation
- You can cancel via the admin screen or by contacting admin@lmile.io. Cancellation conditions, such as the minimum contract term and notice period, follow what is set out in the individual agreement.
- Returns / refunds
- Due to the nature of SaaS, cancellations and refunds after service has commenced are not provided as a rule. Where the individual agreement stipulates otherwise, the agreement's provisions apply.
- Operating environment
- We recommend the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox. Some features may not work on older browsers.
