- Price / service fees
- The platform fee (a plan's monthly fee plus the plan's rate applied to Omnichannel Fulfillment GMV, as set in the Order Form) and, when using fulfillment services, fulfillment fees (a monthly base fee plus usage-based charges). Details are on the pricing page and in the Fee Terms.
- Additional fees
- Consumption tax, communication fees, and the customer's own system-integration costs are borne by the customer.
- Payment method
- Credit card (Stripe). Bank transfer where individually agreed
- Payment timing
- Closed at month end and invoiced the following month. The registered credit card is charged automatically when the invoice is issued (via Stripe).
- Service delivery timing
- After we approve your application and initial setup is complete, we provide the service by the method we specify. The timing depends on the setup status.
- Cancellation
- If you notify us via the admin console or [email protected] by the last day of a month, the agreement ends on the last day of the following month. There is no minimum term (unless set out in an individual agreement).
- Returns / refunds
- Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the cause is attributable to us.
- Operating environment
- We recommend the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox. Some features may not work on older browsers.
