Platform pricing is now published
Our platform pricing is now published. The fee is 3% of the merchandise value of orders that Last Mile's features made possible. The page sets out which orders count and how they are counted.
Orders that count include those allocated to store stock and shipped from the store, those bought online and picked up in store, those taken at the counter and shipped from the ecommerce warehouse, and those routed to a different location for dispatch. Ordinary orders shipped from the ecommerce warehouse, as they always have been, are not charged.
An order is counted once, even when several features were involved. Storage, handling and delivery are not part of this fee — those are priced separately on the fulfillment pricing page.
