MA SKU (Monthly Active SKU) is the number of unique SKUs that had at least one qualifying operation — receiving, shipping, returns, inventory adjustment, product listing, product updates, photography, measurement — on Last Mile during the month. SKUs that are merely registered but had no activity are not counted.
- No matter how many operations occur on the same SKU, it counts as 1 MA SKU per month.
- Your bill is based on the products that actually moved — not your total registered SKUs.
What is MA SKU?
The number of unique SKUs with at least one qualifying operation (receiving, shipping, returns, inventory adjustment, listing, updates, photography, measurement) during the month. Multiple operations on the same SKU still count as 1 MA SKU.
How is it different from total registered SKUs?
SKUs that are registered but had no activity that month are not counted. Only products that actually moved are billed.
Is there a fee for receiving?
Standard receiving and inspection are included in the Platform Fee. Bulk or special receiving is quoted separately.
How is shipping work billed?
Metered per shipped unit — based on units, not orders. Shipping 3 items in one order counts as 3 units. See the simulator for the rate.
Is product photography an extra charge?
No. Photography and measurement are included in the Platform Fee.
Is product listing an extra charge?
No. Listing to Shopify and product master management are included in the Platform Fee.
How is storage billed?
A monthly fee based on the floor space (tsubo) you use. See the simulator for the rate.
How is the carrier decided?
We propose the best delivery method by region and size, based on the contracted rates from our partnership with a major logistics group.
Can I use it without Shopify?
Yes. We support multiple channels and systems, with Shopify at the center. Contact us for details.
Do you support multiple warehouses?
Yes, from the Growth plan and above.
Is there a minimum contract term?

Where does a rollout start?
